Netflix Dashboard

I developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to uncover viewing trends and subscriber behaviors across Netflix’s vast catalog. By importing and transforming raw CSV and API data, I built a suite of visualizations—including time-series plots of monthly view counts, heatmaps of genre popularity by region, and waterfall charts showing subscriber growth drivers. Key Deliverables: Data Transformation & Modeling: Extracted, cleaned, and merged data on titles, release years, genres, and viewership metrics. Interactive Visuals: Designed drill-down filters for country, genre, and time period; implemented dynamic tooltips and slicers for on-the-fly insight. Insight Highlights: Identified “bingeable” genres that spike during quarter-ends; revealed under-served markets ripe for localized content investments. Power BI Features: Used DAX measures for advanced KPIs (e.g., rolling three-month averages) and published the dashboard to the Power BI Service for secure, on-demand access.

Electronic Vehicle Dashboard

I created a dynamic Tableau dashboard analyzing global electric vehicle (EV) market trends, helping investors and product teams pinpoint growth opportunities. Key Deliverables: Data Integration: Joined multiple sources—EV registrations, charging station counts, and environmental incentive indices—for 15 key markets. Dashboard Components: Map View: Geospatial distribution of EV adoption rates over time. Trend Lines: Comparative analysis of year-over-year registration growth by country. Bar & Sankey Charts: Flow of major automakers market share transitions. Insights & Recommendations: Highlighted top-growing markets (e.g., Norway, China) and correlated policy incentives with adoption surges; suggested priority regions for new charging infrastructure. Tableau Features: Employed parameters for user-driven scenario analysis and story points to guide stakeholders through key findings.

Classic Models Dashboard

Working with the Classic Models dataset (a popular sample database of automotive sales), I conducted a comprehensive sales-performance analysis to help dealerships optimize inventory and forecast revenue. Key Deliverables: Exploratory Data Analysis: Profiled over 1,000 sales transactions by product line, customer segment, and order priority. Descriptive Statistics & Trends: Charted monthly sales volumes, computed sales growth rates by model, and cross-tabulated region vs. sales rep performance. Actionable Insights: Discovered that high-margin “Sports” models underperform in Q3; recommended tailored promotions and inventory reallocation. Tools & Techniques: Utilized SQL for data extraction, Pandas for data wrangling, and Matplotlib/Seaborn for static visuals to validate trends before presenting to stakeholders.
